Compass

Compass is Northern Territory Primary Health Network (PHN) incorporating Rural Workforce Agency NT's premier professional development and networking event for people working in primary health care in the NT.

Northern Territory PHN is a not-for-profit organisation funded by the Australian Government to work closely with the primary health sector to develop better coordination, support the health workforce and introduce new health programs and services.

Its vision is for people in the Northern Territory to enjoy their best health and wellbeing. This is achieved by building strong local partnerships and directing resources to create a well-managed, high-quality primary health care system for Territorians.

As the Territory's Rural Workforce Agency (RWA NT), the organisation also attracts, recruits, educates and retains a professional primary health care workforce across the NT.
