The Darwin Convention Centre is renowned as Darwin’s premier business events venue.

Spanning some 23,000 square metres, the Centre offers a range of multi-purpose and flexible event spaces to accommodate up to 1,200 delegates and 4,000 event patrons.

The Centre can host large conferences, high profile business summits, large interactive public and trade exhibitions, spectacular awards ceremonies, themed outdoor cocktail functions, concerts by touring performing artists, exciting sporting events and demonstrations and glamorous fashion parades.

Halls 1-4

The Halls have a combined area of 4,000 square metres of column-free space with capacity for up to 225 exhibition booths, 3,660 delegates’ theatre style or 2,740 delegates’ banquet style. The Halls can be divided into three spaces, and are perfect for medium to large functions including exhibitions, conferences, gala dinners and special events.

Meeting Rooms

These multi-purpose rooms with presentation facilities are designed for small and medium sized meetings and events. The Meeting Rooms can be divided into two or four spaces, and suitable for up to 174 delegates’ theatre style and 170 delegates’ cocktail style.

Auditorium

This formal setting has tiered seating for 1,200 delegates and can be divided into two equal spaces. The Auditorium is ideal for conferences, presentations, concerts, awards and graduation ceremonies.

Waterfront Rooms

These upper level rooms can be beautifully themed for gala dinners, weddings, meetings and seminars. The rooms can collectively cater for up to 400 delegates’ theatre style or 250 delegates banquet style or can be divided into three spaces.
