Brownie
550g brown sugar
1 330g Egg
1 tbsp vanilla paste
220g dark chocolate
220g butter
220g plain flour
Pistachio nuts
Method
- Pre-heat oven to 160 degrees C. Grease 9×13 inch tin.
- Melt the chocolate and butter over a double boiler, set aside to cool.
- Cream the egg and brown sugar unit light and fluffy.
- Sift the flour into the egg mixture followed by the cooled chocolate butter mix.
- Pour into tray.
- Sprinkle pistachio nuts on top.
- Bake for 40 minutes.
