Try our Chef’s Brownie Recipe


550g brown sugar
1 330g Egg
1 tbsp vanilla paste
220g dark chocolate
220g butter
220g plain flour
Pistachio nuts


  1. Pre-heat oven to 160 degrees C. Grease  9×13 inch tin.
  2. Melt the chocolate and butter over a double boiler, set aside to cool.
  3. Cream the egg and brown sugar unit light and fluffy.
  4. Sift the flour into the egg mixture followed by the cooled chocolate butter mix.
  5. Pour into tray.
  6. Sprinkle pistachio nuts on top.
  7. Bake for 40 minutes.
