Self-Saucing Chocolate Nutmeg Pudding

Pudding Mix Ingredients
3 tablespoons of self raising flour
3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
Sprinkle of nutmeg
3 tablespoons of sugar
4 ½ tablespoons of milk
Topping Ingredients
1 ½ tablespoons of cocoa powder
3 tablespoons of brown sugar
4 tablespoons of hot water
Method
- Mix the self raising flour, cocoa, nutmeg, sugar and milk in a mug or other small microwave proof jug.
- Sprinkle the extra cocoa powder and brown sugar on top of the pudding mix and then carefully pour on the hot water.
- Cook in the microwave for 30 seconds. The mixture should be combined and cooked, if not, zap for an additional 10 seconds.
- Pour into a bowl or serve directly from the mug with ice cream or custard sauce.
- Garnish with fresh berries.
